INVITATION
PRIVATE COCKTAIL TO CELEBRATE NEW WORKS BY
JAY HUR
THIRD BORN is pleased to present a new selection of works by Jay Hur. Pieces on view consider memory and time as fluid, intertwined forces that shape how we experience the world and understand ourselves. They suggest that memory is not simply a storehouse of the past, but an active process that influences thought, movement, identity, and our relationship to those who have died — this offers a way to think about images as places where memory is continually reconstructed rather than fixed.
